Goodyear & Dunlop Tyres

Goodyear & Dunlop Tyres has grown into Australia and New Zealands leading tyre marketer, wholesaler and retailer, operating over 400 company owned retail stores and representing some of the most respected automotive brands such as Goodyear, Dunlop, Beaurepaires, Goodyear Autocare and Dunlop Super Dealers.

GDT were seeking a professional IT development company to design, develop, host and service all the websites of the GDT brands. These include:

Simultaneously designing, developing and launching five websites was considered quite an undertaking but JadeLynx were able to deliver an engaging and attractive result.

We successfully implemented each website and consolidated the technology solution using a single Content Management System. By leveraging the one technology platform, the overall development costs and timescales were reduced.

The visual refresh is consistent with the GDT retail networks' re-branding exercise and the design of the websites lead to an improved user experience.

Furthermore, through training provided by JadeLynx, GDT staff have the tools and knowledge to update and maintain the website themselves, further reducing their costs and increasing their return on investment.

BigPond Movies

BigPond (part of Telstra Corporation) is the largest internet service provider in Australia, connecting literally millions of people to the World Wide Web.

BigPond’s services include broadband connections, gaming, music, wireless connectivity, entertainment and more. When BigPond wanted to offer DVD rentals in order to expand their online entertainment offering they used the JadeLynx Subscriber platform to do it.

Subscriber incorporates all facets of operating an online rental business in a single, fully integrated software platform. From the user website, through CRM, to administration and logistics.

With the Subscriber platform as the IT backbone for BigPond Movies, BigPondMovies.com service has rapidly grown into the largest online rental business in the country. Thousands of Australians dynamically select DVDs and have them delivered straight to their door each day, in some of the most remote parts of this wide, brown land.
